Welcome to the Newent Car and Classic, the event is a celebration of every shape and form of the combustion engine. The idea behind the show is for you the enthusiast to show other like minded enthusiasts what you have hidden behind the doors of your garage or shed.
The show serves as a vibrant and diverse gathering for enthusiasts, collectors and families with a stunning array and mix of cars, motorcycles, vans, 4x4s and tractors. This is not a concours show and all are welcomed from a stunning no expense spared restored classic that is tucked away in its air conditioned showroom to that everyday run around with original patina that has been in the family for years .
The show also welcomes the support of various owners and regional clubs, and this year is pleased to have help and support of Hills Ford Stages, who will be running the 3 Shires Rally in the local area the 14th & 15th September.

The show is organized and run by the Rotary club of Newent, and fits well the clubs ethos of charity and community biased activities. Newent Rotary has a successful track record with its annual Santa Seigh collections and its work involving local schools making them the largest fund raising Rotary Club for BBC Children in Need in the UK.

The Newent Annual Classic Car Show is a much-anticipated event that showcases an impressive range of classic automobiles, making it an ideal family-friendly outing. Held annually in the charming town of Newent, this event has quickly grown into one of the town's most successful and beloved occasions.
The renowned car enthusiast Richard Hammond chose to film a section of his show ‘Richard Hammond’s Workshop’ at the car show back in 2022!
The show was later aired on the Discovery Channel on the 9th December 2022.
